Conditions Treated

We are a full-service clinic that can assist with most cat and dog issues. If your pet is severely injured or ill, call and we can advise you to come in or direct you to another facility equipped to handle the acute case. We are only staffed during our business hours and unfortunately cannot accept cases during off hours. Click here for recommendations for emergency care facilities.

Aggressive Animals

While we are trained to handle most animals in distress, we unfortunately may need to refuse treatment to aggressive animals we are not able to restrain on a case-by-case basis. We will fully explain the situation and provide options and next steps as needed.

Late and Missed Appointments

We make every effort to confirm appointments in advance. If you are unable to be at your scheduled appointment on time, please give us as much notice as possible so we may try to adjust our schedule or use the time to see another animal. No call/ no show missed appointments may be assessed a $25 service fee.

Payment Expectation

An estimate of the cost of services beyond the exam fee is available before services are rendered upon request. Payment in full is expected at the time of service. We accept cash, major credit cards, and verified personal checks. Our goal is to provide every animal with necessary care, please bring payment concerns up early and we can explain financing options that may be available.
