Dr. Daly grew up in Pittsburgh, PA, where she received her undergraduate degree from Penn State University. She continued her studies by attending the Veterinary School at the University of Pennsylvania, graduating with a degree in Veterinary Medicine. Additionally, Dr. Daly also earned a degree in Acupuncture from the Northwest Institute of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
Dr. Daly practiced as an associate veterinarian in several locales, including Philadelphia, Seattle, Portland, and the Traverse City area. Her family has had a summer home on Glen Lake since the 1920’s, where she vacationed with her family. Her mother built a home here in 1992, and Dr. Daly relocated to the area to be near her.
Dr. Daly officially opened Betsie River Veterinary Clinic for business in March of 2009. She has two cats as companions that she acquired through various twists of fate.
Hello my name is Amber , and I’m a receptionist at BRVC. I’m originally from Indiana but my family and I moved here in the summer of 2023. I entered the world of veterinary medicine about 4 years ago and haven’t looked back yet! I have been married to my husband for almost 20 years, and we have 2 teenage boys. Animals have always been a part of my life as well as our children’s. We own a small farm full of cows, goats, sheep, donkeys, horses, and of course dogs and cats. I truly look forward to going to work every day because I do something I love. I’m very excited to be a part of the BRVC team and excited to see what the future holds.
Tricia was born with a love of animals. She was constantly bringing them home as a child. Working her first job out of high school 91/2 years, then going to work as a surgery aide for 13 years. She moved to Bear Lake in 2016, then in 2019 moved back home to take of her mom and bring her to and from chemo and radiation treatment.
